NAV Loans & LP Interest Financing
Your fund interests hold real value, but selling on the secondary market often means taking a discount. A NAV or LP-interest loan lets you borrow against those holdings and keep your exposure. We run a confidential, competitive process across the banks and private lenders that finance them.

Why borrow instead of sell
Independent, borrower-side advice from first conversation to closing.
Avoid the secondary discount
Secondary buyers price in a discount. A loan lets you keep the position and its upside.
Stay invested
Keep exposure to funds you chose for the long term.
Avoid a taxable sale
A loan is not a sale, so you avoid the tax hit a sale can trigger.
Move on your timeline
Liquidity when you need it, not when a buyer appears.

Frequently asked questions
What is a NAV loan?
A NAV loan is secured by the net asset value of fund interests, either a single LP position or a portfolio. The lender looks to the value and cash flows of the underlying funds rather than to your income.
How much can I borrow?
It depends on the quality, diversification, and maturity of the underlying funds. We take the opportunity to the lenders best suited to it and negotiate the strongest terms on your behalf.
Do I need GP consent?
Often, yes. Many fund agreements require the general partner’s consent to pledge an interest. We help you prepare that request early so it does not slow the process.
Who are the lenders?
Banks with fund-finance desks, NAV specialists, and private credit funds. MAMM profiles 78 NAV and fund-level lenders, and we know which of them lend to individuals and family offices.
